In less than seven months from the award date, NATCOM successfully completed all Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) activities and delivered the full hardware package to El-Delta Fertilizers Co. (ASMEDA) — a testament to the team's engineering depth and commitment to fast-track execution.

Project Overview
As part of ASMEDA's full plant rehabilitation program, NATCOM was awarded an EPC contract to revamp the control systems of five critical turbomachinery trains. The project scope encompasses a comprehensive upgrade of both control and protection layers, along with a complete mechanical retrofit of obsolete hydraulic controls and the supply of all field instrumentation.
Scope of Work
Control & Monitoring Systems
- CCC Prodigy Control System for main and auxiliary turbomachinery control functions
- Emerson AMS 6500 ATG vibration monitoring system, replacing the legacy Bentley Nevada 3300
- Siemens SIL-certified safety PLC for shutdown and protection loops
Mechanical Retrofit
- Complete replacement of obsolete turbine hydraulic controls
- REXA state-of-the-art Electraulic actuators
- Voith trip blocks for reliable emergency shutdown
Field Instrumentation
- Transmitters, solenoids, and valve positioners
- Junction boxes and complete field cabling
